Will HiberObjects support auto-generation of map? The java.util.map is very useful but I can't find any tools in hibernate that can generate it from the UML diagrams

I need to think about this. I guess you could model an association and generate a map where the key is the id of the associated class. Or we could start using the UML notation for association keys and generate a hash map. I guess that would be nice.

What do you think?

Yes, that would be very nice as I see "association keys" (= qualified associations in OMG terminology) as a fundamental feature of UML modelling.
Without these feature I probably cannot use ObjectGeneration at all.
